Well, first off I have to say that Rad2Go knows that their product is not the best product out there. I worked for them back in 2002 and there were only 3 of us taking orders, parts replacements and complaint calls.

Here's the lowdown:

Rad2Go gets their parts and scooters from China. The total cost for the most expensive (The Great White) is $50 and that includes duties and shipping fees from China.

They make their money off of shitty parts (motors and belts) and are still manually entering in orders today.

When I worked there, I gave away so many parts because I knew that the product they were selling was bogus. Even if a 200lb man was to ride the ADULT SIZED Great white, it still should cruise at 20mph; at least thats what the CEO claims.

Stay away from their scooters. If youre a 13 year old girl that weighs less than 100lbs, youre gonna fly on that things and have no issues with speed, however, when, and I do mean when your motor goes out, good luck getting a new one quickly and cheap.

BTW, the motors cost them $5 from China...and they charge you a ridiculous amount. And the controller...PFT, dont get me started.
