Idle problem is a simple turn screw on carb or worst case a valve adjust.
P.S. Anyone buying these look alikes online beware. A scooter can look like another brand but inside it is different. The chinese will build a scooter for you that looks like a vintage but will offer you your choice of quality inside. So when you see a bike that looks like, say, a TNG lowboy but is a lot less it really is a lot less. Do your research and ride the bike you are going to buy before you buy it. The problems posted here from online sellers not honoring warranties, parts availability should be lesson to anyone considering a purchase. Buy your bike from your local dealer. Look for his DMV license on the wall. If it's not there cuz he's primarily a lawnmower store, get the hell outta there! Be safe.
