I hate to brake the news to you on the LED's...but DOT and State Laws govern what lights may and may not be on a motor vehicle.

Stock lighting on the non-US version Xpeed is not DOT compliant and as such was removed and they added aftermarket turn signal mirrors and blinkers to comply with US law.

Don't like the law that relates to motor vehicle lighting in the US(I don't) blame NHSTA and DOT.
