I just received my Lance Duke 150 yesterday and had the same problem with with starting it. They said that they test it before shipping it out. Plus from the shipping I had major scratches. I refused the delivery. The scooter does look great, but I'm not sure if this company will last long if they keep having the same problems with the scooter not starting. Let me know if you find a solution. I'm just waiting for my return now, which might take 2 months. By then I might purchase a different scooter from a local dealer.
