Yeah, I had fun with my Lance Duke Touring 150cc today. Just got it 2 days ago shipped all banged up. They sent the wrong mirrors also. I did get the license plate on tho. Just leave the bikes' rear bolts in place. Take 2 small nuts and bolts(1 for each top hole in the plate), then thread and tighten through the oblong(?) holes(slots). It's a tight fit but it worked. Good luck with your 250. I still haven't tried to start mine yet. I'm afraid. lol
