You're very, very lucky. Have had mine for 2 months and has had problems straight out of the box. It could not possibly have had the promised PDI prior to shipment. It has wiring problems as well as serious safety issues. It should never have left their warehouse with these issues. Will they help me? No!
Lance does not stand behind their product. Lance boasts excellent customer service yet neglects to mention that this does not actually extend to their customers. They do not take phone calls, they do not answer emails.
Future buyers, beware. Once you take delivery you are on your own.
