However i did take off the hose that was connected to the front and back of the carb and plugged the front and just left the back hole open. and it fired right up!!! amazing so anyway i havent tested it. and i dont know if theres going to be fuel coming out of the carb overflow. i would like to get it to run the right way.. i would really like to know why i cant get fuel to the carb using vacuum? any feedback? thanks in advance

as an update... i firmly believe that its now an electrical issue. when i pulled off the hose that fed the carb, it started it... OK so what i did was cut off the fuel supply and for some reason it started? didnt make sense.. anyway i checked the spark plug to see if it was sparking and it WASNT!! so now i think that its a loose wire next to or around the enricher thingy on the carb. because it randomly fires up when i play with some wires doesnt mean that my cdi unit is going bad does it?
