All I can say is, let the buyer beware. You shouldn't have bought a lance scooter. They are junk. Their company used to sell them under the names xxx-motorsports.com, and scootersfactory.com, but now you can't deal with them directly anymore. You HAVE to go through a dealer. I think the owner did that so he wouldn't have to deal with all the customer complaints about his shabby products anymore. Smart move on his part. It's not like they ever were really good on the customer focus though. It is a very mismanaged company.
