How do I remove my governor in my Adly Fox 50?

hi there. there are 2 restrictors on the Adly Fox 50. one inside the carb. you. you have to remove the top of the carb and there is a 1/4" wide washer that has to be taken out. also the second one is inside the motor. you have to take the side casing off. you also need an impact wrench to take the nut off of the variartor. pull the variartor off and you have to file down the spacer so it is smooth so the belt can move over all the way. hopefully that will give you some information that you need.
