I was given two 5 yr old ION 150's recently. They have been sitting for two years. I cleaned and charged one unit with no issues and it is running great. On the other unit I have full voltage, I jumped it to the motor to confirm motor operation and I confirmed throttle switch operates properly. I even put in the control box from the good scooter but the darn thing will not run. Batteries, motor, throttle and control box are all OK. Any ideas on where to find the problem? Thanks for any ideas.
