I was turning my key in the ignition switch to pop my seat open and my key broke. Now half of it is stuck in the ignition switch and I don't know where to go to get it fixed or to get a new switch. I have called a locksmith and he can't get it out. This is TERRIBLE because this is my only means of transportation. I can use my key chain to start it but now my battery is completely dead and I think it's because my ignition switch might be constantly on.

I'm sorry. Thanks for sharing, I will be careful with mine. My Diamo 150 only has 260 miles on it and I do not get good gas mileage at all. Someone told me the longer I drive it the better it will get. I can go approximately 40 miles on and have to fill it up again. I hope it does get better.

My Diamo Retro 150 does the same thing - low gas mileage. Also, my ignition broke (not the key). My husband took it off and saw that the metal inside the ignition had become mush.
Also, mine quits at idle...which has put me into some hairy situations - especially when making a left turn. I would NOT recommend a Diamo to anyone. |
