Nice scooter but the pull starter will break after about a week and is almost impossible to fix yourself. They know this and specifically exclude it from the warranty. Plan on spending an extra $45 for every week or two of use if you want to keep it running. Bought from neoscooters and they are not interested in talking to you about this.

First do not pull the rope out and let go.
Second your pulling too hard.
It takes about 3 to 5 easy pulls to get it started.
I have 3 EVO 2, 4 EVO 2X and no problems.
