Roketa -- changing the brake light

Hey y'all, could use a little help here please. I need to replace the brake light bulb on a Roketa Bali MC-13 150cc. From what I can see, it looks as though I'll have to remove the rear end to access it. If anyone out there knows an easy fix, I'd really appreciate the tip. Thanks.
