Default spindle help!

hey I have a question. I use my goped sport as a mode of transportation. trouble is when it rains or snows or the ground is otherwise wet my spindle free spins. i don't have the stock spindle on it. though I'm not sure what spindle it is. something like this "http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.885035/n.1/it.A/id.4542/.f"

anyway I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on a spindle that will last me more than 100 miles but will also still grip when its wet. any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

if you have had your Go-ped for a while the back wheel will kinda i guess rot (it will harden ) that will loss traction on the back wheel .............. next try tightening the back wheel ............. last you could take your back wheel off and check your spindle cause it could have worn down.......................................
