My goped sport with a G23LH will not start, every time i go to start it it will not turn over or start, i cleaned out the air filter with water, and then i put it back in, i think water might have gotten into the engine, i cleaned out the caborator and i even took out the spark plug and checked if it was flodded, and it still will not start, please watch the video and tell me what you think!
