Default izip won't zip

We purchased an I-Zip 130 scooter at a garage sale and I can't get it to work. As soon as I plugged it in to the charger the light was green meaning charge is OK. I flip the switch to on and it does nothing. Also what does the reset button do? Could It just be a bad battery and if so can you replace them. I don't have any manual for the scooter.

Default izip inoperative

check the batteries for 12 volts. also, maybe there is a broken connection from the charger port (where u plug charger into scooter) to the battery circuit. Sounds like the thing isn't getting the charging voltage, so it ran out of battery, and eventually will kill the battery from over use. by the way, I think those are "push start" so you have to spin the back wheel since the controller doesnt kick the scooter on until you push it to 3 mph. I hope that helps
