After 3 months and 1000 miles, I am very satisfied with my Lance Milan 150. So far so good. I am a novice when it comes to scooters, so I have no past experience to use as a benchmark.
I normally drive paved roads with speeds between 30 and 45 MPH. I filled up over the weekend after going 210 miles. I pumped 1.91 gallons of premium gasoline. That - my friends - is over 100 MPG I purchased from ScooterNitro in Missouri. I Thought their C/S knowledge very poor but they had the best price I found on the WWW. They tried to bs me on several issues . I am hoping to find a good mechanic for knowledge of the scooter. I paid extra to have the scooter totally checked out and assembled (with the exception of the mirrors and the rear mount(?))I have had it past 55 MPH just one time and brought it back down to 45. I think it is not too stable at the rear wheel. I packed a 40lb sack salt on the rear and suddenly the scooter was hard to steer and control. |

I got my Lance Milan 150 a couple of months ago. I'm new to scooters, but I think it's a great scooter at a great value. I'm noticing that Lance Powersports online is showing more and more dealerships across the country map they have posted. I got mine online, and it came delivered to my doorstep, in perfect condition. I just had to take the metal cage off and install the rear view mirrors and back trunk, which was no problem. It comes with about 4 miles on the odometer because they connect the battery for you, test lights and test ride it and deliver it with a checklist -- I was impressed. I highly recommend it for value and style, power and handling. I like the big lights and indicators for safety. I have about 200 miles on it so far, and got over 80 mpg. You need to break it in at low speeds, but it looks like its got plenty of power (and is spec'd) to go 55mph. You can get more power if you want to, but to commute to and from work, on residential roads, it's perfect for me -- I'm expecting an average of travel up to 40mph tops. I love riding this scooter, and highly recommend it overall. I've been surprised at all the great comments I've gotten on it.
