What is the purpose of the antenna on the trunk of the Lance Vintage 150?

Is it purely decoration?

Has anybody done anything cool with this?

Has anybody even wondered about this?

I asked about that, too. The dealer that sold me my Vintage said it's purely decoration. I just topped mine off with a Mickey Mouse antenna ball. I've been looking for a "pig" antenna ball because I got the pink scooter and named it "the PIGLET" (it's a baby Hawg). lol

the anttena is for the alarm and remote starter. but I could be wrong and that the heritage only has an alarm system with a remote starter. i,m also looking to buy another heritage because mywife took mine from me, so I need another one...
