It was working fine, until my friend dropped it, it gets spark, fuel, and has a charge, the starter engages, but it will not start. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem with my Roketa Fiji as you. i bought a new battery thinking that was what was wrong. it still doesn't start. i can kick start it easily but i just won't start with the electric start even though it turns over at full charge. let me know if you have figured out the problem.

Here's my story:

I own an '08 Roketa Fiji. Kick start's no good, it worked fine and randomly wouldn't start one day after class. It had just come out the shop 'cause my brother had left it sitting for a while. It went back to the shop. They replaced the air filter and what not, worked again, but only for that day. Not even a full day after having it out of the shop this time, it won't start. I never bothered to check the RPM while I was riding as I didn't have any problems. The automatic start worked just fine and I could easily maintain 50 MPH. Thought it was the battery it first, so I got a new one. Not the problem. I did smell gas when I tried turning it over. Had the carb cleaned; that wasn't the problem either.
So now: everything's clean, new gas, new battery, but the scooter refuses to start.

What the hell could it be?

I am having the same issue, kick start works but remote start does not. New Battery, clean filter, everything the same. Anyone find out a cure yet? Please let me know, jmalan@tekys.com. Thanks!
