Hello, I have a 2007 ROKETA Tahiti-150 scooter, and I was going to change the oil before I ride this season, and was wondering if you know what weight oil I should use? e.g., 10W30 Thank you

It says on the engine to use 15w 40. just take out the filler plug, take out the drain plug just below that (its the only one on the bottom of the engine, be careful because the oil filter and spring fall out, just clean those off let it drain and fill her up.

Does the oil filter have to be changed with every oil change? Is it located within the drain plug? If I soak it in gasoline, will that clean it up?

I just picked up a used Roketa Tahiti and I just want to learn some basic maintenance for the machine. The machine leaks a couple of drops of oil every day. It is not a lot. I am just wondering if there is something loose.
