Default Just purchased

I have recently purchased the Tank Urban Classic 150. I am very mechanically oriented and was interested in how this particular machine holds up. I will post my results including known problems and resolutions here for anyone who is interested in reading about them

My Tank 150 Urban Classic is 2 years old with 3300 miles already. Just replaced the rear tire, and found a missing exhaust nut, and the wheel has excessive runout (wobble) and needs to be replaced. A few months ago my spark plug loosened and "blew out" of the head during a long high-speed ride. The threads were shot on the plug but still okay in the head when I replaced with a new plug. I've ordered a new exhaust gasket, and 2 new exhaust nuts. My battery is no longer holding a charge either, but I suppose these are all normal maintenance issues to be expected with regular use of the scoooter.

Default Purchased Tank Urban Classic in 2009 too

Hey! I've been searching for another Tank Urban Classic scooter owner! I had the same problem with my spark plug after an extended ride about 4 months ago! Parts tend to fall off my scooter in droves...lol. I lost my kick start arm about 2 months before the spark plug fell out. You really need to tighten all connections on this scooter every couple months...lol. Anyway, I'm in the process of replacing the wiring on my scooter, but don't have any wiring schematics for it! I took it apart after I couldn't get it to turn over right after I changed the oil. I'm ok with the wiring harnesses, but it's the stray connections that I'm not able to reconnect. Could you help me with that? Thanks.
P.S. Was trying to upload some photos but they aren't uploading. I'll try again later.
