Xtreme X-360 Won't Start

HELP! Just inherited an X-Treme X-360 from a friend. The battery works because the lights and indicators work, but I can't get the engine to turn over.

I'm only using it to get to and from the bus stop where I live. So, it's a perfect gas saver for me...if I can get it to work.

Any ideas folks?
