Default X-Treme XM3000

I got a X-Treme XM-3000 in an Ebay auction, and expect it to arrive this week. I'm concerned about the bad reviews the company has gotten both for their service and for their other models, although this model seems like it may be better than their smaller scooters. Anyone here have any experience with one? Any advice, other than "go back in time and don't buy it"?

Default Re: X-Treme 3000 Scooter

The X-Treme XM-3000 came today, and while the crate was in good shape and the scooter appeared ok (except for minor signs that it fell over at the factory) it's got at least two major defects. No 12 volt accessories (lights, horn, etc) are working, and it moves with a jerking, grinding noise. So it may need a DC to DC converter, and it probably needs a new hub motor. Not good.
